Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Nb41 Labs LLC ("Nb41 Labs", "we", "us") for your use of the Zuyu mobile app ("Zuyu"). By using Zuyu, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Zuyu.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Zuyu. Zuyu is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Zuyu is offered in the United States.
2. What Zuyu is
Zuyu is a personal organizational and appointment-preparation tool. It helps you keep a factual record of medications, doses, symptoms, and related notes, and prepare summaries for your own healthcare conversations. Zuyu is not a medical device and does not provide medical services.
3. License to use Zuyu
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Zuyu for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and to the rules of the app store you used to install it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Zuyu. You will not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the app except as the law allows, and you will not use it to break the law or to interfere with its normal operation or security.
5. Your data and your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your own device and backups secure. Zuyu presents your entries and the summaries built from them; it does not verify, correct, or complete them. Review any exported or shared information before you rely on it or send it to anyone.
6. No medical advice
Zuyu does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor any disease or condition. It does not prescribe medication, does not recommend starting, stopping, or changing a medication or a dose, and does not decide whether a medication is appropriate for you. Always follow the instructions of your prescriber and your prescription, and consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions. See the Medical Disclaimer for more.
7. Emergencies
Zuyu is not for emergencies and cannot contact emergency services. If you think you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department.
8. Subscriptions and billing
Zuyu offers a free tier called Essential and a paid tier called Plus. Essential is free. Plus is sold as an auto-renewing subscription at 9.99 US dollars per month or 59.99 US dollars per year. A personalized report preview is available before purchase; full report features are part of Plus. A Premium tier is not sold.
You buy Plus through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and payment is charged to that store account. A subscription renews automatically for the same period, at the then-current price, unless you cancel it through that store before the renewal date. Prices may change on a going-forward basis, with the notice or store disclosure required by applicable law and by the rules of the store you bought through. A price change never applies retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
9. Cancellation, refunds, and restoring a purchase
You manage, renew, and cancel a subscription in the subscription settings of the store account you bought through. Cancellation takes effect according to that store's rules, which normally means you keep Plus until the end of the period you have already paid for and are not charged again. Deleting the Zuyu app does not cancel your subscription, and it does not stop a renewal; you must cancel through Apple or Google.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their applicable policies. Nb41 Labs does not process payments and cannot issue a store refund directly.
You can restore a purchase you already made, for example after reinstalling Zuyu or moving to a new device. Restoring depends on the store account that made the original purchase, so you must be signed in to that same Apple or Google account. Plus access depends on a verified entitlement status from that store. If entitlement cannot be verified, for example while you are offline or when a store service is unavailable, Plus access may be temporarily limited to Essential. Your records are never locked or deleted when that happens, and access returns when the entitlement is verified again.
10. Intellectual property
Zuyu, including its software, design, text, and trademarks, is owned by Nb41 Labs or used with permission. Your entries remain yours. These Terms do not transfer any Nb41 Labs intellectual property to you beyond the license above.
11. Third-party services
Zuyu relies on your device platform, on the Apple App Store or Google Play for purchases, on RevenueCat for subscription management, and on Sentry for crash diagnostics. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. What each receives is described in the Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
Zuyu is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nb41 Labs disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Zuyu will be uninterrupted or error free, that reminders or notifications will be delivered, or that its summaries are complete or suitable for any particular decision.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nb41 Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use Zuyu. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
14. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or to Zuyu will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you and Nb41 Labs consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. This does not prevent you from bringing a claim in small claims court, or in any other forum where applicable law gives you the right to do so.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16. Termination
You may stop using Zuyu at any time. We may suspend or end the license if you materially breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law and venue, and severability, continue after termination.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the version and the dates at the top of this page. Continued use of Zuyu after an update means the updated Terms apply.
