Who Zuyu is for

Zuyu is intended for adults who are 18 years of age or older, in the United States.

For help with Zuyu, email contact@nb41labs.com. Please tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened. It helps to include your device type and app version. Please do not include sensitive medical details in your message.

Subscriptions and billing

Zuyu offers a free tier called Essential and a paid tier called Plus. Essential is free. Plus is 9.99 US dollars per month or 59.99 US dollars per year, and it renews automatically until you cancel it.

Buying Plus

Open Zuyu, go to your plan, and choose the monthly or annual option. The purchase is completed by the Apple App Store or Google Play using the store account already signed in on your device. We never ask you for a card number, and you should never send payment-card details to us by email.

Restoring a purchase

If you reinstall Zuyu or set up a new device, open your plan in the app and choose to restore purchases. Sign in first to the same Apple or Google account that made the original purchase, because that is where the subscription lives. Restoring does not charge you again.

Managing or canceling

On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Zuyu. On Android, open the Google Play app, tap your profile icon, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and choose Zuyu. Cancellation takes effect under that store's rules, which normally means Plus stays available until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. For an Apple purchase, use reportaproblem.apple.com. For a Google Play purchase, use the Play Store order history. Nb41 Labs does not process payments and cannot issue a store refund directly, though we are glad to help you work out what happened.

If Plus does not unlock

Plus unlocks when your subscription entitlement is verified with the store. If you paid but still see Essential, check that you are online, confirm you are signed in to the store account that made the purchase, then open your plan in the app and choose to restore purchases. Closing and reopening Zuyu also refreshes the check. Your records are never locked or deleted while entitlement is being verified. If Plus still does not appear, email us at contact@nb41labs.com with your platform, the app version, and the approximate purchase date. Please do not send card numbers, and please do not send medical details.

Reminders and notifications

Reminders are scheduled on your device by your operating system, and they depend on the notification permission you grant and on your device settings. They may be delayed, silenced, or not delivered. If reminders are not arriving, check your notification permission for Zuyu, and check Focus, Do Not Disturb, and battery or power-saving settings. Do not use Zuyu as your only method for remembering a medication.

Your data: export, backup, and restore

Zuyu keeps your entries on your device. You can export a raw copy of your data and create a backup file from within the app, and you can restore from a backup you saved. Because these files contain your information, keep them somewhere you control and review a file before sharing it. If you need help with export, backup, or restore, contact us.

Report a privacy or security concern

If you believe you have found a privacy or security issue in Zuyu, email contact@nb41labs.com with a description and steps to reproduce it. Please do not include other people's personal information. We review reports and respond as appropriate.
